30-Day Return Policy
You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you're not completely satisfied.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@casalux.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns)
- Pack the watch securely in its original packaging
- Ship the package using the provided label
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your watch for a different color or style, please contact us. We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches showing signs of wear or damage
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-made items
